ATOP and SDGI Formally Achieved the Mergers and Acquisitions

ATOP CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “ATOP”) announced on Oct. 24th that Shenzhen SDG Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SDGI”) [A stock code: 000070] and ATOP CORPORATION formally achieved the mergers and acquisitions deal recently. After acquisition and capital increase, SDGI will hold 70% ATOP shares and become the first majority shareholder and the actual controller of ATOP. In accordance with the agreement, the current management of ATOP will not change.
