(hereinafter referred to as “SDGI”) [A stock code: 000070] and ATOP CORPORATION formally achieved the mergers and acquisitions deal recently. After acquisition and capital increase, SDGI will hold 70% ATOP shares and become the first majority shareholder and the actual controller of ATOP. In accordance with the agreement, the current management of ATOP will not change.
