ATOP Sales Team --- full filled with brand new blood in 2008

After a long journey since the foreign sale department of ATOP technology has been found, we promote company, products and ourselves to all over the world. Income from the foreign sale department has been increasingly jumped a new stage at the end of the year of 2007.

In the year of 2008, we moved to bigger place, also an intensive plan for 2008 has already been declared. Inside, we enlarged the sales team, after several rounds examination and multi kinds of tests, who finally stay as winners. Will join into the long journey with us. As we have the same goal, to achieve the whole company running to another level in near 3 years.

 

In order to face the harsh environment of locating a personal area of the whole market. A foreign sale must have strong heart which can not easily defeat by failure, also must be always passion to life, thus, they can always delight to meet customer, to solve all kinds of issues anytime.
After the examination, people finally stay are those who are eager to communicate, fresh people to the society (Those are the group of full energy people who wish to achieve their goals.), and the most important, their English level were being strict selected, to make sure they will not have any problem to communicate with clients.
 

To make them understand the words TEAM WORK and CO-OPERATION, we set many special games.

Inside a circle, how to keep the ball always hopping and even one of them could not drop?
Here is our solution-----to hold the hands together, not even give one break to those balls, and 3 people outside in order to flap the ball back to the circle. And in the end, we break the record of that game by insisting 10 minutes of no balls drop 




Listening, a team must joined properly based on communicating, by hearing someone else, we may get better decision.


 

We also made a warm birthday party for two member who born in March, we really wish if we could bring the feel of family into the team. Our team should join with friendship, hardworking, sunshine and love.
